At Studio-e we understand the pressure of yearly admission goals, and we know that a brand message platform can relieve some of this pressure and assist in reaching goals. A solid platform provides consistent, distinctive brand messages that are used as the basis for all communications. We've seen the positive results, and heard the sighs of relief, that implementing a platform can bring.
Here are a few examples:
Record number of applicants for a divinity school program. (Sorry, University policy prevents us from naming the institution) Studio-e completed the school's brand message platform in early 2013. As soon as the platform was complete, marketing pieces were needed for a program that required summer enrollment. Based on the platform, we created a direct mail piece and the university's communications office developed the online and email components. The results: a record number of applicants. Next up: viewbook and travel piece. Currently, the travel piece is in use and the viewbook is soon to be delivered. Responses so far are terrific and we can't wait to see the final numbers from this admission cycle.
Westover School sees 17% increase in applications during the first year of implementing its messaging platform. Studio-e began its ongoing relationship with Westover School, an independent all-girls high school in Connecticut, with the development of their brand message platform and the implementation of that platform across a range of admission materials (print pieces featured above). Over the past several years, we've worked with the school to adjust and refine their message platform to meet changing admissions challenges and goals.
Decrease your stress, create a message platform. It's just the right time to begin a platform for use in your 2014 admissions and development initiatives. Interested in more details? Give us a call, we're happy to share more.
